Aims
1. Developing a supportive framework for students to make the most of their time as a student in NUBS
2. To induct students into the research culture of Marketing through facilitated research talks from research active staff

Teaching Rationale And Relationship
Students will be taught by present in person delivery where appropriate and only where safety measures can be observed with no significant risk presented to either staff or students.
Staff and students will meet in small personal tutor groups to allow for informal discussion and provide an opportunity or students to foster social connections and engagement. Meeting with personal tutors ensures that pastoral responsibilities can be fulfilled and students have a consistency of experience.
