Aims
This module seeks to give students a critical understanding of the theory and practice of managing change to equip them for a career in a challenging, constantly changing, and globally connected world. Students will gain an understanding of classical and contemporary theories, as well as being introduced to range of critical and empirical perspectives.

Teaching Rationale And Relationship
Relevant theories and practices of organisational change will be introduced during the lectures. Skills development and further depth of learning will be achieved in workshops (e.g. group activities, case studies) and independent study.
