Landmark location
The Newcastle Helix site is a landmark location. In total it comprises:
- 24 acres
- 20 different building plots
- 6 residential plots
- an estimated 4,000 jobs
The site includes the following buildings:
- Newcastle Business School
- The Catalyst
- Urban Sciences Building
- Frederick Douglass Centre
