Lifetime and reliability analysis of modular multilevel converter for solid state transformer application

Project description
We are investigating thermal stress analysis in a modular multilevel converter (MMC). Our investigations are taking place under different loading conditions. Our focus is on improving the lifetime and reliability of the converter. We are using a novel control algorithm to minimise the losses and thermal stress.
