Background
I have worked in Higher Education for almost 10 years in external engagement, enterprise and marketing roles. My current role supports the Leadership Development and Organisation Futures (LDOF) team as part of a wider portfolio of lifelong learning and professional practice.
The focus of the role is to lead the development, implementation, co-ordination and evaluation of a portfolio of projects with particular emphasis on gender and social justice relating to work places and practices. I am responsible for developing, managing and coordinating the streams of activity within key LDOF knowledge exchange and policy and professional practice initiatives.
