Helen recently assumed the role of Chief Marketing Officer at NICA, bringing with her a wealth of experience and a passion for driving innovation in the longevity sector. Prior to joining NICA, Helen served as a key figure at UKRI's Healthy Ageing Challenge, where she spearheaded the Healthy Ageing Challenge Investor Partnerships program and championed initiatives to support Social Ventures operating within the ageing sector.
With over 20 years of experience across diverse industries, including healthcare, wellness, academia, life sciences, and medical device start-ups, Helen possesses a deep understanding of the pathway to commercialisation for emerging disruptive healthcare technologies. Her journey through various markets has equipped her with invaluable insights into the challenges facing companies in this sector, as well as a keen awareness of the technologies shaping the future.
Driven by a passion to see the U.K. achieve greater success in healthcare innovation, Helen is committed to leveraging her expertise to not only generate opportunities for the economy but to also deliver social impact.
