Background
Having completed 16 years service working for the Police service, in May 2018 I joined Newcastle University as a Research Project Manager in the Newcastle Molecular Pathology Node. This joint collaboration Project has enabled me to work across complex organisations to help deliver new, improved and a more integrated service at the same time eradicating bureaucracy and duplication.
