Introduction

Yemi joined Newcastle University in January 2014 after completing a National Institute for Health Research (NIHR) Doctoral Fellowship at the University of Leeds.  This work involved the development of a preference based quality of life measure for use in economic evaluation of weight management programmes for overweight and obese adolescents.  For more details about this work please contact Yemi.

Yemi’s main research interests are around economic evaluations of new health technologies and the creation of preference based measures.  Yemi is particularly interested in the measurement and valuation of health outcomes for disease specific instruments for use in economic evaluation of new health technologies.
