Aims
To equip students with an understanding of the main aspects of computer game development and production using industry standard commercial code management
Outline Of Syllabus
The syllabus will cover: software versioning, build versioning, collaborative approaches to computer game software development and production, testing and evaluation, on-going integration, multi-platform deployment and agile optimisation

Teaching Rationale And Relationship
Practical classes will be used to guide students in the appropriate usage of industry standard development with coursework allowing the student to demonstrate the use of industry standard software tools in a large code base
Students aiming for distinction marks are expected to widen their knowledge beyond the content of what has been presented throughout the module through extensive skills practise through programming.
