Aims
The module allows students work as a group - pooling the talents of individuals - to accomplish a task that involves rising up to design and implementation challenges.
Outline Of Syllabus
The syllabus will cover: effective team-work, design and implementation approaches in the games industry, presentation skills.

Teaching Rationale And Relationship
Small group teaching will be used to aid students in building and constructing a successful approach to collaborative software design study and reflective approaches employed to enable students to achieve individual ability and scope within the team
This is completely practical subject based on guided teamwork in an industrial setting to demonstrate independent learning. It is important that the learning materials are supported by a complete hands-on opportunity reinforced by reflective study. Students are expected to spend time on coursework outside timetabled practical classes.
Students aiming for distinction marks are expected to widen their knowledge beyond the content of what has been presented throughout the module through extensive use of background reading
