Assessment Rationale And Relationship

The individual essay will test student skills and abilities in addressing a selected management topic that is key to deliver effective and efficient projects. This is supplemented with the formative live simulation exercise which is key to mimic the dynamics of live projects where individuals work as part of teams and interact with a variety of stakeholders when making decisions. Finally, the group report will use reflection in groups to evaluate students’ abilities and skills developed during the live simulation exercise and other activities and will use the full reflective to develop a course of actions and improvement for the future.
