Aims
To provide MLitt students with generic research training
To undertake practical investigation
A series of workshop seminars will introduce and develop issues of library skills, writing about music, literature review, qualitative research and public presentation skills.

This module is mandatory to MMus and MLitt students and is not available to other students

Weekly seminars will be synchronous and online, but may respond to non-sychronous lecture presentations uploaded by staff is appropriate to the topic that week. These seminars introduce relevant issues, provide pointers for research and promote discussion.
