Background
I completed my PhD at the University of Nottingham in Pharmacy, exploring the formulation and processing of protein loaded microparticles for pulmonary drug delivery using high pressure fluids. After this I worked as a research scientist in a spin out company followed by a roles as a postdoctoral research assisstant on an industry funded project.
Prior to my current role, I was a Senior Innovation Associate at the National Innovation Centre for Ageing where I worked with businesses, academics, and members of the public to create products and services to help people live better for longer.
